About
I use magnetoencphalography to investigate the effects of mindfulness and Tai Chi on "moment-by-moment" changes in brain dynamics related to perceptual awareness. I also collect first-person, experiential reports on the effects of meditation and Tai Chi on perceptual awareness and healing.
As a sideline, I also follow work related to the epistemology of health-science and brain science. My gist: we know a lot less than we think we know (embrace the uncertainty!)
